We understand that these events can affect lead times by causing shipping delays or negative price fluctuations. With over 50 years of sourcing experience we have certainly learned how to minimize risk by planning ahead and having alternative supplier options. We also monitor and assess our global suppliers to ensure plans are always in place to minimize unforeseen issues.

In fact, no one should lose sleep worrying about inventory shortages or surpluses! We have a proactive system in place that reviews your actual consumption versus your planned and identifies gaps or changes. We then adjust our inventory and safety stock accordingly.

Once in production, we will make sure you have a constant flow of material (usually 1-2 days delivery) to maximize your cash flow. Our local warehouse will always ship to you on demand, just in time.
